Hoare Lea's recent accolades recognise the firm's achievements. In 2007 Hoare Lea won both Large Consultancy of the Year and Best Office of the Year at the Building Services Awards. This is the second year in succession and the fourth time in the ten years since the awards were established, that Hoare Lea has received the Large Consultancy of the Year award.
In 2006 Hoare Lea was also awarded Building Services Best Practice at the Building Services Awards and was presented with a Corporate Responsibility Award by British Land.
Hoare Lea has representatives on many influential groups including the Chartered Institute of Building Service Engineers (CIBSE), Carbon Task Group, the British Council of Offices (BCO), Environmental Sustainability Committee, the CIBSE Natural Ventilation Group and the Association of Consulting Engineers (ACE) Sustainability Special Interest Group.
