IT Testing

All companies have a need to identify and remove defects from their software and IT systems (including Web).  Software testing requires a number of different parts:

  • Component testing / Unit testing
  • Interface testing
  • System testing
  • Acceptance testing
  • Release testing

System testing itself can involve a number of specialist types of test to see if all the functional and non-functional requirements have been met. In addition to functional requirements these may include the following types of testing for the non-functional requirements:

  • Performance
  • Volume
  • Stress
  • Documentation
  • Robustness

If you have experience in some or all of the testing areas above, we would like to hear from you. We regularly recruit testers and test schedulers for both permanent and contract roles.

Test management

Test managers concentrate on size, evaluation and leadership. Having a testing background, they are able to take ownership of testing issues through close participation and regular communication with test team members, they are then able to control and resolve issues.

If you are a test manager looking for work, please send your CV to info@nesit.co.uk or browse through this site to find out more about NES IT.
