Immigration services supporting NES placements

In order to expand the global talent pool and tackle UK skills shortages, NES offers an advisory service to both UK companies and individuals that require visa authorization to assume a position organised through any of the NES divisions.

This service - when required as part of the recruitment process - is completely free of charge to the company and to the individuals, who only pay for the working authorisation that they require, not for the service.

Advisory service for employees

If you’re working with a recruitment consultant at NES, they will refer your case to the immigration adviser, who will manage the visa process from there. This will involve an assessment of suitability for different visas or permits and guidance as to the best option.

The adviser will help at all points of application, completing forms and collating support documentation throughout. This takes away some of the uncertainty that an individual may face applying on their own.

The adviser will also act as the representative for both parties – the individual and the organisation – and will answer any queries from the Home Office regarding updates or queries; reducing the administrative burden significantly.

When looking for vacancies, please register your details via our website or send your CV to the positions advertised online and our recruiters will help you from there. If you’re going to need a visa to work in the UK, you will be put in touch with our Immigration Adviser.

Advisory service for hiring companies

If an applicant needs a visa to work in the UK, our adviser will manage the visa application process on your behalf, acting act as the representative for the individual and liaising with all parties to absorb the administrative burden and ensure that the application is processed effectively. We would always urge you to contact our adviser so we can establish realistic timeframes for the visa process so you can prepare for your recruitment.

NES also has the experience and capacity to manage entire recruitment campaigns, coordinating in-country interviewing for hiring managers and managing the subsequent visa authorisation process.

Remember, only agencies and companies registered with the OISC can offer immigration advisory service. Any organisation that isn’t OISC registered that’s offering more than a ‘sign posting’ service to relevant sources of information is acting illegally.
