1st line support role based in Dublin for 6 months.

Skills:

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Excellent Telephone manner.
PC skills.
Good working knowledge of Windows XP Professional.
Ability to work well in a Team environment.
Strong Customer Service Skills.
Strong Problem solving abilities and aptitude to understand and explain technical information.
Professionalism.

Duties:


Handling Customer enquiries and problems received by phone, email and ESB�s Intranet web site.
Logging calls using our Call Logging software.
Dealing with 3rd Level Teams to resolve outstanding issues.
Tracking calls through to resolution.
Other Service Centre related assignments as requested from time to time.
