Our clients, a large rail organisation serving the London Underground network, are looking to recruit Track Inspectors based on nights at their offices in Central London. You will undertake track inspections programme and to identify sub standard conditions, raising job orders for the necessary remedial works within a section of the line or completing TANC assessments. Ensuring the track maintenance gangs complete these works and that the track is maintained to safe and serviceable standards to meet the lines train services requirements.

Experience and qualifications:

Knowledge of Company safety standards, rules and regulations and those specifically applicable to own Discipline (Track).
Knowledge of Track operational practices.
Ability to communicate effectively with managers and other members of staff to ensure an understanding of rules and management instructions.
Knowledge of team objectives and of personal role in that team.
Knowledge of Company and team behavioural standards.
Must hold protection master engineering hours certification and license.
Must hold T001/2/3 licenses.
Must be a TANC approved person. (Standard SQE-S-012 refers) Must be D32 qualified.
