Looking for an experienced 3rd Line Engineer, to work directly with customers onsite and remotely. Troubleshooting H/W, S/W issues, Servers, Networks, Firewalls etc.
Remote monitoring using sys management tools such as NimBUS, MOM, HP SIM.
Should have in-depth knowledge of Win2003 Active Directory, Exchange server to 2003, Backup technology and Citrix.
Experience of following ITIL an advantage.
Good logical troubleshooting skills and ability to take ownership of problems and solve them. As a 3rd line person you will be able to help staff on the Service Desk and in the 2nd Line team
