4th Line Support Consultant required fo in the South West - 2 month contract.

Skills:
- Windows 2003 and Active Directory, specifically MCSE 2003 level of experience, ideally certified but an experienced engineer. Including managing DNS, DHCP
- Exchange 2007 in a CCR environment
- Exchange 2007 supporting and troubleshooting legacy clients, specifically Public folders and Free/Busy Calendar issues.
- Exchange 2007, planning storage requirements, and moving storage groups within a CCR environment
- Using SAN in a Windows environment (specifically iSCSI).
- Supporting Windows Clustering (NLB and Windows Clustering Service)
- A good understanding of TCP/IP, including VLAN's, and deploying servers in a segmented environment.
- Monitoring Exchange and Active directory
- Designing and implementing patch policy
- The ability to troubleshoot complex problems, in a mixed client environment (Mac, PC and Unix)
- The ability to produce technical documentation.

Desirable skills:
- Experience of migrating to an Active Directory Environment
- Experience with firewall's and troubleshooting firewall related issues
- Experience of Mac OSX, Unix and Linux
- Experience of Altiris
- Exchange 2007 running on NetAPP storage,
- SnapManager for Exchange, Snapdrive
- Exchange 2007 across a split site, fault tolerant solution
- Administering a Blackberry Enterprise Server
- Windows ISA firewall
- Microsoft SQL 2005 and 2000, moving databases including the system databases
- Authenticating non Microsoft clients into Active Directory, using Kerberos and LDAPS
- Installing and troubleshooting SSL certificates on Exchange 2007 and Windows Active directory Domain controllers
- Using VMWARE ESX Server 3.5
- The ability to automate work using the command line and/or Powershell
