My client is looking to bring on board 2 application support analyst's, you will require to have experience working in a structured application support role. Exposure to formal change, configuration and release management processes.
Good commercial ASP.Net support/development (VB.Net)
MS SQL 2000 or above fundamentals. Analytical approach to testing, debugging and problem solving.
Good oral and written communication skills.
Able to work on own initiative and as part of a team.
Exceptional customer service. Must be willing to work flexible hours (between 07:00 and 19:00). Possible requirement to include on 24/7 support on-call rota (additional payment). Current driving licence (valid UK). Mostly office based but must be willing to travel throughout the UK as dictated by customer and business demands.
Desirable:-
Exposure to ITIL.MCP ASP.Net (VB or C#) MCAD.Net
Experience of supporting Microsoft Content Management Server 2002 solutions.Background in computer programming (VB, C++ / C#, Java etc) or web development.
