My client is seeking an Applications Support Analyst for a 3 month contract/interim period to offer assistance with daily workload and knowledge transfer.



The requirements;



To be suitable for this role you will have previously offered in-depth applications support on bespoke and COTS products, be able to run queries using SQL, have produced incident and management reports, have worked in an ITIL environment, ideally have a background in development/programming, any experience of Progress 4GL would be considered highly desirable as would prior knowledge of housing systems (Civica/IBS/Northgate SX3 etc.). You will have regular contact with internal stakeholders, users and 3rd party Software Suppliers. **THIS IS A GENUINE APPLICATIONS SUPPORT ROLE, NOT A DESKTOP/HELPDESK SUPPORT POSITION**
