They are currently running projects in the midlands with a combined contract value in excess of 100 Million and their portfolio includes schools, hospitals, offices, city centre apartments and retail developments.

As part of their long term strategy they are looking for an Assistant Planner to be involved throughout the build process and also work with the Bid and Estimating teams on Tender Planning for projects across the West & East Midlands. Projects are a mixture of Design & Build and Traditional contracts and they also have success in PFI and long term partnering agreements. Their offices currently occupy a refurbished, Grade II listed building near Birmingham in Warwickshire.
