My Midlands based client is seeking a Business Analyst with strong communication, requirement gathering and analytical skills.

You will be responsible for identifying business solutions through holding workshops with clients and users, and for writing detailed functional specifications and requirement documents.

You must have a minimum of 5 years previous experience within a Business Analyst role, as well as an in-depth UML understanding.
