Manchester based but may travel internationally & be assigned full time to projects abroad. Must be prepared to work away from home

Working with my clients senior management to design innovative improvements that can be realised through IBCS (Integrated Business Communication Services) & IRCS (Integrated Residential Communication Services). The role will require all aspects of change management incl.: Process Redesign, Organisational Redesign, Change Communication Programs & Business Case development. In addition to these proven skills, change managers will need to demonstrate excellent interpersonal & communication skills. Exceptional change management experience within major/international organisations, incl.the tracking & reporting benefits on major projects. As part of this exp. the candidate will be able to demonstrate: Ability to transform vision & strategy into deliverable improvements. Ability to lead change management teams (my client & their client staff) to achieve the target improvements. Track record of identifying, enhancing & realising benefits. An understanding of Change Management at both a strategic & operational level. Exp. of working with internal & external stakeholders, in particular with the clients own change agents or similar roles.
Exp. & motivation to develop long lasting client relationships. Proven track record in developing new business. Ability to effect change using communications as an enabler. Ensuring that the interests of the client sponsor are met by the programme. Constantly obtain assurance for the client sponsor that the delivery of the change is compatible with the realisation of the target benefits. Working with the Principal to ensure that the work of the programme, incl.the scope of each project, covers the necessary aspects req'd to deliver the products &/or services that will lead to operational improvements.
Working with the Principal to identify projects that will contribute to realising benefits & achieving outcomes. Identifying, defining & tracking the benefits & outcomes req'd of the programme. Ensuring that maximum improvements are achieved in the existing & new business operations as projects deliver & the changes become operational. Leading the activities associated with benefits realisation & ensuring that continued accrual of benefits can be achieved & measured after the programme has been completed.Establishing & implementing the mechanisms by which benefits can be delivered & measured
Taking the lead on transition management; ensuring that business as usual is maintained during the transition & the changes are effectively integrated into the business. Preparing the affected business areas for the transition to new ways of working
Optimising the timing of the release of project deliverables into the business operations managing the impact of change. Attributes: A consultative mindset.
