This role is home based with UK & International travel. You will be required to have a solid background in change management within a major/international organisations, incl. the tracking & reporting benefits on major projects. As part of this experience you will be able to demonstrate: The ability to transform vision & strategy into deliverable improvements. Ability to lead change management teams (my client & their client staff) to achieve the target improvements. Track record of identifying, enhancing & realising benefits.An understanding of Change Management at both a strategic & operational level. Exp.of working with internal & external stakeholders, in particular with the clients own change agents or similar roles.Exp. & motivation to dev. long lasting client relationships.Proven track record in dev. new business. Ability to effect change using communications as an enabler. Specific responsibilities:- Ensuring that the interests of the client sponsor are met by the programme. Constantly obtain assurance for the client sponsor that the delivery of the change is compatible with the realisation of the target benefits.Working with the Principal to ensure that the work of the programme, incl. the scope of each project, covers the necessary aspects req\'d to deliver the products &/or services that will lead to operational improvements. Working with the Principal to identify projects that will contribute to realising benefits & achieving outcomes
Identifying, defining & tracking the benefits & outcomes req\'d of the programme. Ensuring that max. improvements are achieved in the existing & new business operations as projects deliver & the changes become operational. Leading the activities associated with benefits realisation & ensuring that cont\'d accrual of benefits can be achieved & measured after the programme has been completed. Est.& implementing the mechanisms by which benefits can be delivered & measured. Taking the lead on transition management; ensuring that business as usual is maintained during the transition & the changes are effectively integrated into the business. Preparing the affected business areas for the transition to new ways of working. Optimising the timing of the release of project deliverables into the business operations managing the impact of change.Attributes:- A consultative mindset. Excellent interpersonal skills.
