My client is looking for an experienced Change Manager who has previously worked for major/international organisations, including tracking and reporting benefits on major projects.

All candidates must be able to demonstrate the following :
The ability to transform vision and strategy into deliverable improvements.
The ability to lead change management teams to achieve the target improvements.
A track record of identifying, enhancing and realising benefits.
An understanding of Change Management at both a strategic and operational level.
Experience of working with internal and external stakeholders, in particular with the clients own change agents or similar roles.
Experience and motivation to develop long lasting client relationships.

Main responsibilities will be :
Constantly obtain assurance for the client sponsor that the delivery of the change is compatible with the realisation of the target benefits.
Working with the Principal to ensure that the work of the programme, including the scope of each project, covers the necessary aspects required to deliver the products and/or services that will lead to operational improvements.
Preparing the affected business areas for the transition to new ways of working.
