My client is looking for an experienced Change Analyst with good experience of Change Management within major/international organisations, including the tracking and reporting of benefits on major projects. As part of this experience the candidate will be able to demonstrate the ability to transform vision and strategy into deliverable improvements, the ability to undertake large elements of change projects and coach team members, have a track record of identifying, enhancing and realising benefits, an understanding of Change Management at both a strategic and operational level, experience of working with both internal and external stakeholders, experience and motivation to develop long lasting client relationships and the ability to affect change using Communications as an enabler. This role is going to be largely home based with some travel which will be to mainly Southern areas.
