Must have
Exp of delivering projects within a large complex programme environment
Exp of the challenges of operating and delivering projects within Healthcare and involving clinicians.
Proven experience of managing the financial aspects of projects with responsibility for budgetary control.
Exp of public sector procurement.

Ideally will have experience within NHS or Health sector plus:
Sound interpersonal skills able to develop and maintain effective and credible relationships with stakeholders
Able to performance manage complex contracts and programmes of work.
Proven strong communication skills up to and including senior board level
Credibility and proven capability to develop and sustain effective working relationships both internally and externally with multiple levels of the organisation.
Ability to take ownership of risks and issues, analyse and resolve them in complex, cross-functional situations involving many stakeholders
Proven project management experience using structured project or programme management methodology (e.g. PRINCE 2 / MSP)
Ability to work within a complex environment with a high level of media interest
Ability to work to tight deadlines and make appropriate judgements on priorities
