Reporting on a day-to-day basis to the Communications and Information policy lead with a dotted line to the Communications Group Director. The postholder will support governance, planning and reporting requirements of the Communications strand. Must be a high calibre, resilient, top quality Project Manager and self-starting.
Have substantial experience in successfully managing projects with a significant element of marketing and communications within them, as a delivery component
Excellent planning and organisational skills;
Very strong people and communications skills;
Ability to work effectively under pressure;
Experience of governance and risk control frameworks;
Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to persuade and influence decision making;
Preferably have experience of embedding project management processes within an organisation. Experience working within the public sector a huge advantage.
