A Construction Proposals Manager is needed to be based at the Reading, Berkshire offices. You will carry out a range of Proposal activities working closely with both of our Construction and Proposals departments.

Responsibilities
Take responsibility and deliver all aspects of construction input for Proposals and Pre-Qualifications to Proposals Managers in accordance with required proposed schedule.
Determine and agree proposal workload, manpower utilisation and staffing requirements with the Proposal Manager, Home Office Deliverables Group Manager and Construction Operations Managers.
Monitor and review the quality and content and timeliness of construction deliverables for proposals.
Maintain current and recent proposal documentation and information for handover to operations if proposal is successful.
Produce and maintain the content of construction sales presentation aids
Provide assistance to all other operations of Foster Wheeler and affiliate companies as directed by the Divisional Director, Construction Operations.
Brief construction operations in order to secure buy-in to construction contribution prior to proposal submission
Brief operations and provide handover documentation for successful proposals for new project execution
Collect model responses to improve the efficiency of future proposal input.
Collect and control man hour expenditure against budgets
