A highly experienced Contact Centre Manager who has at least 3 years experience as a CCM and has managed sites of at least 200 people.
Demonstrable experience of successfully turning a Contact Centre into a good performing site across the whole range of results.
Proven ability to coach and develop senior Contact Centre teams to deliver high levels of performance in every aspect of the Contact Centre.
Significant experience of handling industrial relations issues successfully and developing good working relationships with trade unions.
Significant experience of successfully introducing and sustaining cultural change.
Proven ability to improve employee engagement and raise morale.
The successful candidate will possess
Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to deliver through others.
Strong oral and written communication skills and ability to influence and negotiate successfully.
Ability to take sound decisions and considered risks.
Dynamic, energetic and resilient with a can do attitude and a strong focus on customers.
