successful candidate will have a proven record of good management, excellent communication/ interpersonal skills, organisational skills and a sound understanding of project management, customer-focus and service improvement. Resonsible for Service & Staff management in a NHS environment.

Degree in a relevant discipline e.g. nursing/healthcare management/psychology/customer service or RGN or significant management experience in an NHS customer focused environment (minimum 3 yrs)
