My telecoms client in Manchester is looking to appoint a 2nd Line support agent to support their services Via Telephone and Helpdesk ticket submissions. Your role will be to support customers on a wide range of issues from setting up routers to e-mail queries. The ideal candidate will have the ability to work with minimum supervision with a high degree of initiative. You must have strong experience within the Telecoms or Internet services industry with strong ambition and the need to succeed along with commercial experience with Windows 98, ME, XP, Vista, Mac OS and Office.
