A Design Manager opportunity has arisen with a new regional office of a nationwide building contractor for their offices in Birmingham. The office was established approximately 4 years ago and since has secured a substantial forward order book for the future.

As a group they specialise in major building and refurbishment projects with individual projects valued at anywhere between 5 Million and 50 Million. The Midlands region based in Birmingham has enjoyed many early successes securing Design & Build projects with individual values of up to 30 Million.

Owing to their expansion they are looking for a Design Manager to be based in their West Midlands office and work closely with the Estimators, Bid Manager and Project Managers on securing new contracts across the midlands region.

As Design Manager you should have experience in a similar role for a recognised Design & Build contractor who undertake projects of a similar size and nature. Their workload is varied and includes both public and private sector clients in the areas of commercial, residential, education and healthcare.
