Experienced Design & Build Manager opportunity with a West Midlands based building contractor. They undertake Design & Build, Framework and Traditional contracts throughout the midlands region operating from their base in Coleshill. In addition they have a further 4 offices across England & Wales and have been established since the 19th century.

Their core sectors include local authority and government agency projects such as healthcare, education and custodial; and they have long term relationships with many private developers involving industrial, commercial, leisure and retail projects.

As Design & Build Manager you will join a sizeable team and report to the Pre-Construction Manager for the Midlands region. As Design & Build Manager you should have a proven track record of coordinating the entire build process for new projects in these sectors preferably for one the larger building contractors who undertake projects in excess of 10 Million.
