Design & Build Manager opportunity based in Northamptonshire for highly respected Design & Build contractor.

Situated in Northamptonshire, my client is looking to recruit an experienced Design & Build Manager to either oversee several small contracts or work on one of two forthcoming projects valued at 30 Million and 65 Million.

The 30 Million D&B project is a mixed use development consisting of apartments, retail and office space whilst the 65 Million project consists of a state-of-the-art research facility at a nearby university.

Previous experience of working for a building contractor on projects of a similar size and nature is essential.
