My client requires a Principal Dynamic Simulation Engineer/Specialist for work on downstream oil and gas projects. The Dynamic Simulation team works closely with process engineering, rotating equipment and control systems teams in order to evaluate design for process operability and controllability. Dynamic simulation is also used for troubleshooting and development of process start-up and operating procedures. Due to high demand for skills my client now needs to add additional skill to this departments.

You must hold a degree in Chemical Engineering and be able to demonstrate strong skills in the use of HYSYS for undertaking engineering studies including columns, compressors and expanders. This position would not be suitable for candidates with experience in OTS (operator training simulator). However, candidates with strong process design and simulation background would be considered for the position.
