My client has an urgent requirement for a Frontline Technical Support analyst to join their team; this role requires excellent proven experience of providing resolutions to customer issues on bespoke Software products. The technical skills considered advantageous for this role include;

Previous experience of Customer Support
Previous Database experience (Oracle, SQL etc.)
Configuration and installations (ideally performed on Oracle Applications Sever)
Inspect and update data
Remote access (VPN & Mobile Networks)
Familiar with UNIX and Windows Servers

This is a great opportunity to learn new technologies, including Java and PL/SQL.
