Ensure specific application solutions are implemented, maintained & supported effectively through the use of business analysis techniques, user group resource & external suppliers. Analyse business requirements translating into the selection, configuration, maintenance & support for specific Application Solutions in accordance with defined stds. Provision of Guidance for the Development & Maintenance of specific Application Solutions. Lead & manage external & internal resources in respect of development & support of specific Application Solutions. Monitor Application Solution usage to ensure effective & appropriate utilisation. Assist in the co-ordination of User Groups in support of partnership working, increased knowledge sharing & the prioritisation & communication of system improvement activity ensuring these support strategic objectives. Carry out user acceptance testing for new systems & upgrades & ensure that these are integrated into the live environment with minimum disruption, following formal approval. Ensure the integrity & continuity of services through the effective application of change, configuration & project management controls. Provide Second Line User Support for day to day queries & ensuring appropriate records are maintained for all calls. Provision of Training Support. Production of User Manuals & Guidance Notes. Contribute to the application architecture for my client. Development of Reports using appropriate tools. Essential xperience of using a housign system including rent modules and planned maintenance.
