Provide IT mobile clients with a quality support service by the speedy diagnosis of IT equipment & software problems & taking prompt corrective action. To aid in the installation, maintenance & support of the groups external infrastructure. Provide project support to the IS Systems Development & Support Analyst. Aid in the internal IT hardware & software support delivery to my client. Provide general IT administration such as setting up of users accounts etc. HNC in an IT related subject or by evidenced exp. or by relevant IT related qualification. Exp.of spreadsheets, word processor, database & presentation applications. Microsoft Office 2003 or above. Microsoft Mail/Exchange & Outlook. Web development. Printer & hardware maintenance. PDAs in a mobile environment. Veritas Backup Applications. HP Openview Dataprotector. Corporate antivirus solutions such as McAfee EPO. Remote administration of Citrix users.
