Essential experience
Minimum of 5 years post graduate experience of project management with a demonstrable track record of delivery.
Minimum of 5 years post graduate experience of service management provision.
Prince & ITIL certification is essential for the role.
Essential Competencies
1.Demonstrable Experience in formal service management - ITIL qualification essential.
2.Excellent communication, people and project management skills with a proven track record of delivery
3.Significant experience of working at senior management level
4.Exposure to web development environments/projects
5.Excellent analytical and problem solving skills, and the ability to work under pressure
6.Committed and passionate about service excellence, showing good working practices and high quality standards.
7.Recognises and promotes the importance of continuous improvement, efficient processes and accurate documentation.
8.Well organised, methodical and highly attentive to detail.
9.Demonstrates high levels of initiative, proactively and flexibility
Desirable
Working knowledge of Touchpaper ITBM system
