My Telco client in the North West is looking to appoint an IVR/IN Project Manager to manage service delivery and provisioning for a number of existing IVR customers and resellers. Also manages major projects for new customers for complex IVR services.
Project definition and management of IN and IVR based projects for all Opal Sales channels.
Ensuring all project within employees control are delivered on time and within allocated resource budgets.
Liaising with engineering, helpdesk and customer services staff to resolve IN/IVR service issues.
Build and test the IVR applications on the systems employed.
Providing 2nd level Out-of-hours cover for customers/resellers on 24-hour support agreements. This duty will be performed on an agreed rota basis for which additional payments will be paid. Candidates must display knowledge of the technologies employed in Public Telecommunications networks desirable and must have worked or held a similar role in a project capacity for a Switch vendor, IVR supplier/service provider or telecom operator. Regular contacts/networking within the role with customers, resellers and Internal customers and departments
