Essential
Significant experience of delivering complex IT projects either in the public sector or as a supplier to the public sector.
Strategic awareness and understanding
Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate at the most senior level
Excellent negotiation skills
Ability to make decisions in a challenging environment
Desirable

Skilled in Microsoft office applications
Knowledge of internet technologies
Experience of delivering projects through a recognised project management methodology preferably Prince 2

Experience also of the the following a distinct advantage
Extensive project and programme management experience at senior level
Experience in quality and risk management
Experience of working collaboratively with internal and external agencies
Experience and knowledge of successfully prioritising simultaneous activities within time scale and budget
Experience of working within the NHS and more specifically on the NPfIT SCR Programme or experience of Clinical Spine Application implementation mobile
