The requirement is for a Project Manager to run the small team and development and implementation of the project. Skills / Experience Required; Leading effective delivery of a change programme, working as part of a team on a matrix basis, Experience of defining organisation change / improvement projects, ideally in an IT environment, Track record of effective planning and delivery of complex organisation change projects, experience of delivery in a complex operating environment, ideally within the civil service. The location of this role is flexible from North West, London or Newcastle.
