Collate and evaluate information using technology where appropriate, which specifically relates to current issues and legislation around initiatives and to use this information to develop and implement appropriate policies.
Organise and Resource reference networks for the dissemination of good practice to facilitate the development of service improvements, service planning and emergency planning etc.
Assist in the establishment of systems to identify issues, analyse information and relevant data both qualitative and quantitative to aid the formulation of policy.
Develop and implement a consultation plan including customer satisfaction surveys.
Develop and implement a data security policy.
Develop and maintain the business continuity plan.
Fully develop the website.
Monitor, co-ordinate and review the overall service delivery and identify and implement changes required to ensure consistency of approach.
Use data collection methodology to aid the benchmarking and service mapping prosses.
Undertake the project manager role for the implementation of all service development projects and any other major projects.
Assist in research and dissemination of information.
Organise and take part in consultation with service users-and colleagues about particular service provision and developments.
Establish and maintain a resource base of management information.
Take a lead role in developing a geographical information systems to fully support business needs.
Responsible for ensuring compliance with the complaints, praise and correspondence procedure.
