My Telco client in the North West is looking to appoint an LLU-In Life Team Leader to manage a Medium/Large team for 3rd line network faults and work closely with the In-Life Supervisor/Team Leaders to provide an effective support service. The successful candidate will liaise with suppliers on fault escalations via web interfaces and over the telephone as well as working with internal departments both within and outside the SMC along with Establishing and enforcing processes and procedures for the team. You must have knowledge and experience with:
Supervisory experience of managing medium/large teams
Work to tight schedules
Excellent organisational and communication Skills
Excellent PC skills
Excellent knowledge of the communications industry
Problem solving skills
Extensive knowledge of ADSL/WLR/LLU
Experience of process mapping
Leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate team members
Excellent analytical and reporting skills
