Managing QS: c. 65k Package At present I am recruiting for a managing Surveyor to work for one of the Regions largest contractors and to work on a new 130million project in Manchester City Centre.The company I am representing is one of the fastest growing construction businesses in the country, which specialize in targeting the largest construction jobs in the North West, Midlands & Yorkshire. The business has gained its reputation as an ethical business that believes in communication above all and forging lasting relationships with all its clients.This position will take full Commercial responsibility for a very exciting new development that has a project value of 130million, of which my client will be responsible for the majority of the build c. 75 million. Scheme comprises construction of four blocks of 26 storeys totalling 73,393 sqm, to form over 800 flats, commercial space of 5,388 sqm and roof garden terraces. This will include 540 underground car parking spaces, infrastructure, access road, sewer system, enabling works and landscaping.As you can see this is a huge development for the business and the city itself and so it is essential we find the right caliber of candidate to handle such a huge undertaking.
