Our client currently has an excellent opportunity for an experienced Operations Manager
based out of their East Midlands office.

The company is an exciting and innovative division of a national Construction Group and are quickly becoming UK market leaders in offering structural timber and structural steelwork Hybrid solutions for the UK Construction Market.

This is an opportunity to join a rapidly expanding division of a very successful Construction Group, with opportunities for growth within the business for the right candidates.

The successful applicant would have Senior Management experience, ideally
from a Structural Timber and/or Structural Steelwork background and have the
ability to manage a dedicated and experienced Contracts Team, working closely
and communicating with internal and external design teams, clients, architects,
structural engineers and their overseas supplier base.

Requirements:
The successful candidate would have experience in the following:
Minimum HNC / HND qualification in an Engineering discipline.
Experience and ability to work on own initiative.
Demonstrate experience of managing at a senior level.
Experience of Structural Timber and or Structural Steelwork.
Possess good communication and negotiation skills.
