My client is looking for an experienced Oracle HRMS Practitioner. The main aspects of this role will involve investigation of live running issues and resolution liaison with the IT provider to specify and document resolutions, test and implementation support issue resolution, support of the team for future development work to reduce the number of customisations held and ensuring integration with other Oracle modules where links to payroll exist. Essential criteria for this position include experience of post implementation support of Oracle HR/Payroll solution in a large national organisation, preferably in the public sector, appreciation/experience of Central Government employee Terms and Conditions and their complexeties, end user knowledge of Oracle HR/Payroll system, particularly Civil Service Pensions (Penserver would be a distinct advantage); Civil Service Absenses - Sick Pay/Maternity; RetroPay (particularly Enhanced RetroPay); i-recruitment; Oracle Time and Labour (OTL); balance Adjustments; Costing; Elements; Fast Formulae; Standard Payroll Processes; Statuatory payments and Reconciliation.
