Oracle Test Manager required to produce a testing framework to outline the testing approach within Employee Services who provide the HR/Payroll. Skills/Experience Required; Experience of Business/User Acceptance Testing of Oracle HR/Payroll solution in a large national organisation, preferably in the Public Sector. Appreciation/Experience of Central Government employee Terms and Conditions and their complexities. End User day to day processing knowledge of Oracle HR/Payroll solution with emphasis particularly: Civil Service Pensions (Penserver would be a distinct advantage); Civil Service Absences - Sick Pay/Maternity; RetroPay (Particularly Enhanced RetroPay); i-recruitment; Oracle Time and Labour (OTL); Balance Adjustments, Costing, Elements, Fast Formulae, Standard Payroll Processes, Statutory payments and Reconciliation.Team Leadership experience with evidence of successful transfer of skills transfer to allow for future delivery/enhancing Oracle HR/Payroll in a public sector environment.
