Project Manager with experience of managing Sharepoint projects and experience in NHS or Health sector.

experienced project manager from a senior management background with an in depth understanding /experience of management of the implementation of IT programmes in SharePoint, with the ability to quickly develop an understanding of the requirements for the Programme, baseline the various activities and work streams currently in progress and Manage these to deliver successfully, on time and to budget.
Plan, develop and maintain a strategic direction to projects, whilst also monitoring, measuring and reporting on projects and project issues
Identify clearly defined deliverables within projects a&manage the benefits, risks & dependencies of key issues within specific work stream(s)
Provide management information and support on key project(s)
Provide support and mentorship to Project Managers and Project Support staff working on other projects
