Construction Planner is required by a midlands construction group based out of their West Midlands office. They have a number of offices in the midlands with the West Midlands office contributing 40 Million of the groups 200 Million annual turnover. As Construction Planner you will be primarily office based but also be required to visits sites across the West Midlands region.

As Construction Planner you will be involved throughout the entire Project lifecycle. Your responsibilities will include Cost and Tender Planning, Programming and Project Delivery through to successful completion. You should have strong communication skills since you will be required to liaise with many different departments within the company in addition to working with clients, architects, structural and design engineers, local authorities etc.

The company undertake projects including refurbishment, fit-out, new build, residential, local authority and commercial developments. They have been accredited with many industry awards and recognised as one of the leading contractors in the industry by clients and employees alike.
