My client is looking for a Recruitment Manager who has the following :
Good interpersonal skills to quickly achieve good working relationships with programme wide personnel. Strong planning and organisational skills able to multi-task and prioritise competently and quickly.Proven people management skills. Experience at working in a Project environment and able to work to stringent planned timescales. Facility to quickly learn Departmental Oracle based software.Good information management skills to ensure clear audit trails and configuration management. Ability to engage with external stakeholders to establish and clarify procedures and to translate these into practical processes for day to day use. Ability to influence Programme Managers to provide information in a timely manner and educate them in current processes.

There are 2 main deliverables for this role :
To actively manage the day to day running of recruitment /procurement function for internal and external Programme resource requirements ensuring that Programme timescales and accuracy of information is incorporated. Appropriate governance is required.
To proactively obtain and manage all HR/WFP records for the clients Programme prompting relevant authorities to provide appropriate information to support required departmental returns.
