Senior Planner is required by a main contractor based in Solihull and operating across the West Midlands region. They undertake both Traditional and Design & Build projects with values of between 3 Million and 20 Million including both refurbishment and new build. Much of their workload is for local authorities including education and healthcare project; and they also undertake commercial and industrial projects for private clients and developers.

As Senior Planner you will report to the Regional Director of the business and be involved with projects from conception to completion. The Senior Planner is involved at various stages throughout the construction process from tender, pre-construction and design stages through to project delivery and successful handover.

The Senior Planner will be responsible for approximately 3 to 5 sites at any one time, depending on their size and complexity.

As Senior Planner for a main contractor you should have experience of projects of a similar nature in the capacity of Planner.
