An excellent opportunity has become available with an expanding IT support company. Based in Hammersmith, my client are looking for a leading engineer to head/ manage the support team. As well as managing the team you will be providing all levels of support from remote desktop to 3rd line support. It is essential that you have Exchange, LAN/ WAN and clustering experience, as well as Citrix Presentation Server 4.5 expertise. Team leader of management experience is also needed for this position as you will be heading a team of 7 support engineers. You will be the point of escalation so good all round support is crucial to this role.

As well as the above technical abilities, my client are looking for somebody with natural leadership abilities, excellent communication and customer/ client facing skills.
