My client is looking for a Technical Project Lead who will need to have the following :
Experience of ORACLE, 3 tier architecture, client server, and Java in a project environment
Would have managed projects of 5m plus
Managing 3rd paty suppliers, maxtrix & risk management,
Experience of working within a structured and an unstructured project delivery environment
Experience in Government Tender Process and Tender Management e.g. ensuring the Tender clearly identifies the business requirements both functional and non functional, creating supplier evaluation criteria, supplier evaluation, and facilitation of workshops.
Experience in Supplier Negotiation and Management.

Manage projects, including contribution to major procurement projects to achieve strategic business objectives, ensuring the optimisation of costs
and benefits of the investment
Manage projects ensuring delivery within agreed time, cost and quality constraints in support of the rolling change programme.
Build strong contacts and relationships throughout the organisation
Lead reviews of existing projects making recommendations and assessing feasibility
Significant experience of leading one or more complete projects, end to end
in an e-commerce/internet environment with knowledge/awareness of DSDM
Experience of managing a team of technicians and analysts
