Confident and persuasive in communicating and engaging with users and stakeholders at different levels of technical awareness and differing levels of seniority
Able to challenge, negotiate and develop pragmatic solutions and implement service level agreements
Understand web 2.0 and digital library technologies, relevant Internet protocols including some or all of the following:
XMLRSS Web 2.0 Relevant Metadata schemas and taxonomies, eg; Dublin Core,
Exp
Demonstrable exp of working on large scale MOSS web facing portal projects including integration with other technology components.
Exp working on portal development within large teams
