1.Highly skilled with at least 5 years relevant web development and programming experience
2.Excellent Web Design skills
3.Ability to create W3C level accessible code
4.Excellent knowledge of xhtml/css/javascript
5.Experience of writing cross browser code.
6.Excellent knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server applications
7.Excellent knowledge of .NET 2.0/ C# 2.0 & ASP.NET 2.0 programming
8.Solid understanding of object oriented programming.
9.Knowledge of XML, XSL and related technologies.
10.Excellent knowledge of the following:
