My client is currently expanding and going through a period of change which has resulted in demand for Analyst Developers / Programmers to join an established and lively IT Department. Ideally degree educated or demonstrate the equivalent work experience, 2+ years of working in a similar role for a professional services business and a detailed understanding of the full SDLC from requirement capture to developing and delivering high quality Software Applications.

Responsibilities;
Gather business requirements and translate these into technical solutions
Work logically using OO (Object Orientated) methodologies
Liaise with the IT Management team and wider business to understand the application functions

Technical Skills;
OO Programming
.Net Technologies (ASP, VB, ADO)
SQL (RDBMS) skills ideally with knowledge of administration
MS Sharepoint (MOSS) would be highly desirable
Business Analysis
RAD and Agile
