� Publish start-up schedule for information to project personnel in the preliminary project work phase
� Prepare cleaning, start- up system for project use
� Prepare material orders and subcontractors required for start-up filled operations
� Prepare the system test index, system test specification and the system test schedule
� Prepare detail procedure for the start-up of released equipment and systems

Job Requirements:

� B.S degree preferably Engineering
� 10+ years of experience in commissioning site including Oil & Gas, Petrochemical plant
� Demonstrated performance as Commissioning Engineer for the EPC projects in Oil and Gas, Petrochemical commissioning period.
� Read, Write and speak English with Fluency
� Experience in overseas project is preferred
1. Project execution as Commissioning Engineer assigned in more than five projects.
2. The capability to coordinate with the related engineering disciplines and vendor.

Job Package:

� 1 year Renewable Contract.
� US$3000 worth of Flight and Freight allowance.
� Overtime 150% of the normal hourly rate.
� US$100 transportation allowance per month.
� 6 months to 1 year Rotation,
