�To analyse and define the requirements of Data Centre and IT Service Continuity projects
�To contribute to the successful delivery of the Data Centre & IT Service Continuity projects
�Working with stakeholders to elicit the requirements for an additional Data Centre facilities
�Review the options for data centre service provision (internal & external)
oproviding high-level cost comparison
�Produce comprehensive Business Requirement and User Requirement documents.
�Review the divisional Business Impact Assessments for IT Service Continuity Requirements
�Produce comprehensive documentation of existing IT Service Continuity capability for key services
�Identifying gaps between current and required IT Service Continuity capability.
�Produce project mandate for work to bridge gap between current and required capability
�Specifying requirements for third party contracts.

Skills required
Mandatory �

1.Exp with projects to deliver data centre services via 3rd party hosting
2.Experience in Business Continuity / Disaster Recover / IT Service Continuity Management
3.ITIL Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management
4.Effective communicator at all levels within the business.
-Experience of understanding and verifying the needs of different business areas.
-Understanding of the principles of IT support within a medium sized organisation.
-Previous experience of working on projects.
