My prestigious client is seeking an ERP specialist with experience in large scale implementations of ERP systems and strategy, ideally your experience will have been gained within a Pharmaceutical / Biosciences international organisation. The ideal prospect will be responsible for leading Change Management activities in relation to the ERP Programme

Key responsibilities;
Lead Change Management and site communication activities
Leverage strong experience of functional areas and business applications to assist in the design phase and future model
Provide Project Management skills and reflect ERP activities in the Programme Plan
Work closely with the project GeNext team

The candidate;
Extensive proven experience in Change Management in a cGMP business
Previous experience in ERP Implementation for international organisation
Have a Project Management accreditation (Prince, APMP etc.)
Degree educated in Supply Chain, Finance or Manufacturing discipline (or possess equivalent work experience)
Oracle cert considered and advantage (OCA, OCP etc.)
